This article covers the SPF authentication process for e-Village and how it's managed in Valimail. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.

At present time, e-Village does not support DKIM signing for custom domains.

If you have any issues with SPF alignment on e-Village emails or want to know their IP whitelist, you can contact their support them, here.

Once you establish that e-Village is an authorized sender for your domain, you will need to add the service in your Enabled Senders.
