This article covers the SPF authentication process for LivePerson and how it's managed in Valimail. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.
At present time, LivePerson does not support DKIM signing for custom domains.
Configuring SPF authentication for your LivePerson emails
If you have any issues with SPF alignment on LivePerson emails or want to know their IP whitelist, you can contact their support them, here or directly at [email protected]
Once you establish that LivePerson is an authorized sender for your domain, you will need to add the service in your Enabled Senders.
