SPF(supported)
DKIM(recommended)
This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for QuestBack and how they are managed in Valimail. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.
Configuring DKIM authentication for your QuestBack emails
To setup DKIM for your QuestBack emails, please request that at QuestBack Support. They will generate the private and public key and keep the private key safe at their server. The public key will be sent to you with some instruction for setting it up as a TXT record for the sending domain.
You can also find the instructions on how to set up DKIM and SPF for QuestBack, here.
