How to set up DMARC for The Retention People in Valimail

This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for The Retention People and how they are managed in Valimail. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.

Configuring DKIM authentication for your The Retention People emails

In order to get the DKIM keys and enable DKIM authentication for your domain in TRP, contact TRP support team. You will receive a DKIM key pair from TRP support that

The private key is used by TRP and the public one you will need to add in your DNS.

NOTE: If you manage you domain in Valimail, you will need to add the DKIM key on your domain's configuration page in the Valimail platform.

Once you establish that The Retention People is an authorized sender for your domain, you will need to add the service in your Enabled Senders.
