SPF(supported)
DKIM(recommended)
This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for Centercode and how they are managed in Valimail. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.
Configuring DKIM authentication for your Centercode emails
In order to set up DKIM for your domain in Centercode , please reach out to Centercode support through the live chat widget located within your Centercode implementation or email [email protected]. Please include your centercode URL in the request (e.g. yoursite.centercode.com).
Centercode IT will return a public key meant for your IT and your IT must create a DKIM record in the format of:
"cc._domainkey.<your company's domain>.com"
"v=DKIM1;k=rsa; p="<the public key provided to you>"
You will then need to add that TXT DKIM key in your domain's Configuration page in Valimail Enforce.

Once you establish that Centercode is an authorized sender for your domain, you will need to add the service in your Enabled Senders.
