DKIM(recommended)

This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for SALESmanago and how they are managed in Valimail. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.

In order to set up DKIM signing with SALESmanago for your domain, you must the following DNS records in the fields below:

Domain host: salesmanago._domainkey.yourdomain.com (where as yourdomain.com you enter a name of the domain for which you want to add the entry).

Type: CNAME.

Value: salesmanago._domainkey.smgrid.com.

Domain host: salesmanago2._domainkey.yourdomain.com (where as yourdomain.com you enter a name of the domain for which you want to add the entry).

Type: CNAME.

Value: salesmanago2._domainkey.smgrid.com.

After the DKIM keys are added, you need to make sure the key are verified, contact your Project Manager from SALESmanago or go to the E-mail Marketing dashboard.
