How to set up DMARC for InTouch CRM in Valimail

Updated over a week ago

This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for InTouch CRM and how they are managed in Valimail. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.

Configuring DKIM authentication for your InTouch CRM emails

Step 1

Add two new CNAME records (replace with your own domain): CNAME CNAME

Step 2

Contact InTouch CRM via support ticket and they'll get you set up and sending from your own domain.

Once you establish that InTouch CRM is an authorized sender for your domain, you will need to add the service in your Enabled Senders.
