This article covers the DKIM authentication process for LibraryH3lp and how this is managed in Valimail Enforce. LibraryH3lp does not currently support SPF-aligned authentication, but DKIM authentication should be enough for most use case scenarios.

Configuring DKIM authentication for your LibraryH3lp emails


1. Contact LibraryH3lp support(support@libraryh3lp.com) and ask them to provide a DKIM signing key for your domain.


2. Once LibraryH3lp support provides a DKIM key, add it to your domain's configuration in the Valimail Enforce app


3. Confirm with LibraryH3lp support that DKIM signing is enabled for your domain

Add a LibraryH3lp DKIM key in Enforce


1. Go to your domain's Configuration page in Valimail Enforce and publish the newly created DKIM key.


    a. Scroll down and add the DKIM key in your configuration, by clicking on Add a DKIM key

    b. Enter the selector name, the DKIM TXT value (the actual value is the entire string after the p= tag), associate the key with LibraryH3lp and then click Add.
