Updated over a week ago
SPF(not supported)
DKIM(recommended)

This article covers the DKIM authentication process for Cvent and how this is managed in Valimail. Cvent does not currently support SPF-aligned authentication, but DKIM authentication should be enough for most use case scenarios.

Configuring DKIM authentication for your Cvent emails

1. Open a support ticket with Cvent and ask them to provide DKIM signing keys for your domain.

2. Once you obtain the keys, add them to your domain's configuration in the Valimail platform.

3. Confirm with Cvent support that DKIM signing is enabled for your domain.
