Any open tickets prior to May 7th have been migrated to our new support system.
As of May 13th, Valimail support has migrated to a new support system. Not to worry, your old tickets are still viewable for the time being and can be exported. Here's how
Log in with your old support credentials
Click Export Tickets on the right hand side of the page
Under "Filter tickets created in", select "Set Date"
Choose a large date range, preferably from the time you started opening tickets with Valimail.
Select any options for export that you'd like.
Click "Export"
