Configuring DKIM authentication for your Centercode emails
In order to set up DKIM for your domain in Centercode , please reach out to Centercode support through the live chat widget located within your Centercode implementation or email email@example.com. Please include your centercode URL in the request (e.g. yoursite.centercode.com).
Centercode IT will return a public key meant for your IT and your IT must create a DKIM record in the format of:
"cc._domainkey.<your company's domain>.com"
"v=DKIM1;k=rsa; p="<the public key provided to you>"
You will then need to add that TXT DKIM key in your domain's Configuration page in Valimail Enforce.
You can also find the instructions on how to set up DKIM and SPF for Centercode, here.
