Configuring DKIM authentication for your Poppulo emails

In order to turn on DKIM configuration in Poppulo for your domain, you will need to contact Poppulo support.

Poppulo should provide you with a 2048 bit TXT DKIM key record which you will need to add on your domain's Configuration page in Valimail Enforce, like in the example provided in the next chapter.

Here is an article that references Poppulo's support of DMARC and DKIM.

Add a Poppulo DKIM key in Enforce

1. Go to your domain's Configuration page in Valimail Enforce and publish the newly created DKIM key.

    a. Scroll down and add the DKIM key in your configuration, by clicking on Add a DKIM key

    b. Enter the selector name, the DKIM TXT value (the actual value is the entire string after the p= tag), associate the key with Poppulo and then click Add.
