Frequently Asked Questions

Why am I not seeing the option to Connect Automatically?

The option to automatically connect is not available if your domain is hosted by a DNS provider that doesn't support this feature. You can still manually publish the SPF and DKIM records in your external DNS by following the video guide here.

I don't have access to the external DNS, can I forward these instructions to my admin?

Yes, you can! When you get to the step where you need to log into the DNS Host account, you are given the option to forward the login to someone else. Share the link with your DNS admin, and he can continue the process with Steps 7-9.

forward to someone else

After following these steps the domain configuration page still shows the DMARC Record as not being configured. Should I be concerned?

This is expected when making changes in the external DNS. It may take anywhere from a few minutes to maybe an hour for the change to propagate.
