Updated over a week ago
SPF(supported)
DKIM(recommended)

This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for Salesforce Commerce Cloud and how they are managed in Valimail. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.

Starting in the 24.1 release, DKIM is supported for emails on Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C platform.

To setup DKIM for your Salesforce Commerce Cloud emails, please perform the steps outlined in this article.

NOTE: If you manage you domain in Valimail, you will need to add the DKIM keys on your domain's configuration page in the Valimail platform.
