How to set up DMARC for Bold Commerce in Valimail

This article covers the SPF authentication process for Bold Commerce and how it is managed in Valimail. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.

Configuring DKIM authentication for your Bold Commerce emails

Bold Commerce is not known to support DKIM authentication for outgoing emails, at present time. You can contact the Bold Commerce support staff for additional details and/or to find out if the above has changed recently.

Configuring SPF authentication for your Bold Commerce emails

Once you establish that Bold Commerce is an authorized sender for your domain, you will need to add the service in your Enabled Senders.
