This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for xneelo Mail and how they are managed in Valimail. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.
Configuring DKIM authentication for your xneelo Mail emails
Steps
Log in to the xneelo Control Panel.
Select a Product from the side menu.
Select the specific domain name.
Under Domain Tools, select Manage DNS.
Select + Add record.
Add the following information:
Type: TXT
Host: Enter the hostname provided to you
Value: Enter the DKIM value provided to you
Select Add to save.
NOTE: If you manage you domain in Valimail, you will need to add the DKIM key/s on your domain's configuration page in the Valimail platform.

Once you establish that xneelo Mail is an authorized sender for your domain, you will need to add the service in your Enabled Senders.
