Updated over a week ago

This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for SpotlerCRM and how they are managed in Valimail. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.

At SpotlerCRM their email marketing software uses SendGrid to deliver your bulk emails and to track email opens, clickthroughs, bounces and unsubscribes. You can contact our Customer Support team for help in creating DKIM and SPF entries in your domain’s DNS settings.
