How to set up DMARC for Planon Cloud in Valimail

This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for Planon Cloud and how they are managed in Valimail. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.

Configuring DKIM authentication for your Planon Cloud emails

Planon enables DKIM signing for Planon Cloud mail servers. To set up DKIM, the following information is required:

Selector: Planon

Public Key value:


Make sure that the Public Key is one line and that there are no spaces in it when adding the DNS record!

NOTE: If you manage you domain in Valimail, you will need to add the DKIM key on your domain's configuration page in the Valimail platform.

Once you establish that Planon Cloud is an authorized sender for your domain, you will need to add the service in your Enabled Senders.
