How to set up DMARC for DoneDone in Valimail

This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for DoneDone and how they are managed in Valimail. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.

DoneDone leverages Postmark's email infrastructure.

Configuring DKIM authentication for your DoneDone emails

To find the records, go to the Outgoing Email settings page for your Mailbox:

From there, click the "Show DNS Records" button at the bottom of the screen.

After these records are added to your DNS, they will be verified by us within an hour or two. There's nothing else you'll need to do but check in later to see that the records are verified:

Once you establish that DoneDone is an authorized sender for your domain, you will need to add the service in your Enabled Senders.
