SPF(supported)
DKIM(recommended)
This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for SolarWinds Service Desk and how they are managed in Valimail. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.
Configuring DKIM authentication for your SolarWinds Service Desk emails
To setup DKIM for your SolarWinds Service Desk emails, you will need to contact their support. SolarWinds will walk you through a short process, such as adding the relevant records to your DNS server, allowing SWSD to send DKIM-signed emails from your domain.
