SPF(supported)
DKIM(recommended)
This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for Arsys and how they are managed in Valimail. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.
Configuring DKIM authentication for your Arsys emails
In order to activate the DKIM configuration in your email , you have to follow the following steps:
1. Access the Control Panel of your hosting.
2. In the Mail section , click Settings.
3. Click the DKIM button to enable the option.
4. Click Activate to confirm activation.
5. If you manage the DNS zone with a provider other than Arsys, copy the DKIM entry that was generated and add it to the provider.
