How to set up DMARC for NAVEX Global in Valimail

Updated over a week ago
SPF(supported)
DKIM(recommended)

This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for NAVEX Global and how they are managed in Valimail. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.

Configuring DKIM authentication for your NAVEX Global emails

To setup DKIM for your NAVEX Global emails, please add the following 2 DKIM keys in your DNS:

navex1._domainkey IN CNAME hosting1._domainkey.navex.com.

navex2._domainkey IN CNAME hosting2._domainkey.navex.com.

NOTE: If you manage you domain in Valimail, you will need to add the 2 CNAME DKIM keys on your domain's configuration page in the Valimail platform.

After you add the 2 DKIM keys in the Valimail platform or your DNS, you need to contact NAVEX Global so they can validate them, here.

Once you establish that NAVEX Global is an authorized sender for your domain, you will need to add the service in your Enabled Senders.

Note: We encourage you to use the comment section for any useful information about your sending service, such as the name of the service owner, change request ticket numbers, etc.
