This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for Key Survey by WorldAPP and how they are managed in Valimail. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.

1. Navigate to the My account page and go to the Security settings tab.

2. Find the Registered Email Domains section and click Add email domain button.

3. Type in a domain name you would like to use in "From" field for emails that will be send from your account and then click the Add domain.

4. FORM system will generate DKIM and SPF records for your domain.

Once you establish that Key Survey by WorldAPP is an authorized sender for your domain, you will need to add the service in your Enabled Senders.
