How to set up DMARC for Zoho Survey in Valimail

This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for Zoho Survey and how they are managed in Valimail. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.

Configuring DKIM authentication for your Zoho Survey emails

  1. Click Manage Portal in the user info widget.

  2. Click Domain Authentication in Portal Setup. All the domains associated with the portal will be listed.

  3. Turn the knob ON to enable the domain you want to validate.

  4. Click View.

  5. Copy the Host Name and TXT Record.

  6. Open your DNS Settings page and paste the DKIM records in the appropriate fields.

  7. Publish the record.

  8. NOTE: If you manage you domain in Valimail, you will need to add the DKIM key on your domain's configuration page in the Valimail platform.

  9. Navigate back to Zoho Survey and click Verify.

Once you establish that Zoho Survey is an authorized sender for your domain, you will need to add the service in your Enabled Senders.
