Amplify: New Experience Overview

Introducing the New Amplify Experience

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Amplify is Valimail’s tool for managing BIMI (Brand Indicators for Message Identification) logos. With Amplify, your organization can securely display your brand logo in your customers’ inboxes, building trust and recognition with every email you send.

We’ve refreshed the Amplify experience to make managing your domains and brand assets simpler, faster, and more powerful. The update includes two major improvements:

  • A redesigned Domains Page with smart filtering and actionable insights.

  • A centralized Logo Library that makes it easier to manage and apply your brand logos.

Access The New Amplify Experience

  1. Go to app.valimail.com and log in to your account.

  2. Click on BIMI in the side menu.

  3. Select Amplify.

Domains Page

The new Domains Page provides a clear and organized view of all your domains and their current BIMI configuration status. The next two sections cover all the functions available in the Domains Page.

Smarter Filtering

smart filtering

Quickly find what you need by filtering domains by status:

  • Not Configured – Domains that need to point their BIMI record to Valimail.

  • Configured – Domains ready for logo assignment.

  • Logo Live – Domains already displaying your logo in inboxes.

  • Not Eligible – Domains that can’t be configured for BIMI, like domains that are not enforcing DMARC.

More Control at the Domain Level

From the Domains Page, you can:

Assign a logo from your library to a domain

Before you can assign a logo to a domain, you need to upload it to the library. Follow the steps here to upload a logo and assign it to a domain at the same time. If you already have a logo in your library, you can follow the steps below to assign it to a domain.

  1. Click on Add Logo next to the domain that needs a logo assigned.

  2. Click on the logo that you want to assign to this domain.

Remove a logo from a domain if it’s no longer needed

To remove a logo from a domain, follow these steps:

  1. From the Domains list, click on the logo associated with the domain.
