Main features

Usage

The graph provides a clear breakdown of email traffic based on usage over time. It categorizes senders into four groups: those with email activity in the past month, those active between 1 and 3 months ago, those with activity over 3 months ago, and senders for which no email traffic has ever been observed.

Filters and Download feature

You can filter the data by sender name, domain, or the date when the sender was last seen. Additionally, you can download the entire report as a CSV file, allowing you to analyze or share the information more conveniently. This is great when you need to identify if a specific sender still needs to be part of your Enabled Senders list of a certain domain!

Report details

The report provides a detailed list of all senders configured as Enabled Senders in Valimail. For each sender, it displays the domain where it is set up, the last seen date, and the email volume during that period. In the Action column, you can remove a sender from the domain’s configuration by clicking the trash can icon. You can also add metadata, such as the sender’s owner or additional notes, by clicking the pencil icon in the Action column. To view this metadata, simply click the View button in the Details column. The "Notes" and "Owner" fields are the same fields that can be added in the configuration page when the sender was initially added or since then. This data is great for identifying who originally added this sender and what it is used for.

Please note that senders that do not support SPF alignment will not show in the Sender Continuous Protection Report. If those senders have DKIM authentication set up, they can be found in the DKIM Keys report under the Continuous Protection section.
