This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for Caspio and how they are managed in Valimail Enforce. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.

Configuring DKIM authentication for your Caspio emails
Configuring and verifying an email address
1. Select Account -> Account settings from the top menu bar of your Caspio account.
2. Select the Email tab to view the list of all email addresses and domains used in your apps.
3. On the list of Email addresses and domains, select Add email address.
4. Enter an email address and optionally a display name. Click Send verification code.
5. Enter the verification code sent to your email address and click Verify email address.
6. After verifying your email address, you can proceed to verifying domain to improve email deliverability.
Before verifying a domain, you must verify an email address. To learn more, see Configure and verify email.
1. On the list of Email addresses and domains, hover over a domain and select Verify domain.
2. Add TXT and CNAME records to your domain’s DNS settings.
- Copy and paste the TXT and CNAME entries into the DNS records of your email address domain.
- Select Verify on the domain verification dialog window.
- Wait until DNS settings are propagated to other DNS.
Important: If you manage DKIM for your domain in Valimail, you will need to add the 2 CNAME DKIM keys on your domain's Configuration page in Valimail Enforce and the 3rd CNAME or any other record, will go in your DNS.

We encourage you to use the comment section for any useful information about your sending service, such as the name of the service owner, change request ticket numbers, etc.
