How to set up DMARC for Pure360 in Valimail

This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for Pure360 and how they are managed in Valimail. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.

Configuring DKIM authentication for your Pure360 emails

In order to set up DKIM in Pure360 for your domain, you will need to contact Pure360 Support so they can generate like us to generate a DKIM key.

The best way to get in touch is to raise a support ticket through your account. Use the support widget you can find to the right of your screen while logged in. Alternatively, you can contact Pure360 via 0844 5877 360 or [email protected]

If you manage DKIM in Valimail for your domain, you will need to add the TXT DKIM key on your domain's Configuration page in Valimail Enforce.

Once you establish that Pure360 is an authorized sender for your domain, you will need to add the service in your Enabled Senders.
