How to set up DMARC for Influitive in Valimail

Updated over a week ago
SPF(supported)
DKIM(recommended)

This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for Influitive and how they are managed in Valimail. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.

Configuring DKIM authentication for your Influitive emails

Follow these instructions to configure your DKIM:

1. Add this TXT DKIM key on your domain's Configuration page in Valimail Enforce:

selector: scph0416

TXT Value:

MIGfMA0GCSqGSIb3DQEBAQUAA4GNADCBiQKBgQDih5pVeAPRFdDHY+14sCpx2Alpv6Fa4TpfuTuvahTlynaArXq7NjLef5VaxM/qZ0jRzSK+9YSWW4ZgX56Oz/2rM+aZGcIQQeY9fnboRqOvj5yEUZE8Lb0TLOJ8LvwkI5gKn/T5soRcVcX9DQKmn/NbaRjXx1zSzEANc6NyxOfMDQIDAQAB

2. After you added this key in Valimail Enforce, please notify Influitive Support at [email protected] that you are enabling this feature, as there is one setting that they need to enable in the backend of their system.
