SPF(supported)
DKIM(recommended)

This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for Mailjet by Sinch and how they are managed in Valimail Enforce. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

Configuring DKIM authentication for your Mailjet emails

1. Log in your Mailjet account and go to Mailjet -> Account -> Domain.

From your Sending Domain Authentication page, you will find all your sending domains and their SPF & DKIM statuses. (Every time you add a sending email address or domain, the domain will be added to the Sending Domain Authentication page).

6. Once your domain has been authenticated, you will see the green your record looks good message.

Note: You need to force a refresh to check the status as Mailjet does not automatically check for SPF & DKIM changes.

You can find the instructions on how to set up DKIM and SPF for Mailjet here.
