This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for MailUp and how they are managed in Valimail. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.

1. Please create the following two CNAMEs (replace "mydomain.com" with your domain)

Record Name: ml01._domainkey.mydomain.com

Record Value: ml01.dkim.musvc.com.

Record Name: ml02._domainkey.mydomain.com

Record Value: ml02.dkim.musvc.com.

Note: If you manage DKIM in Valimail Enforce, you will just need to add these CNAME keys in your domain's Configuration page in Valimail Enforce.

2. After the DKIM keys were added in Valimail Enforce, you can run the DKIM test in Senders authentication to confirm that the CNAMEs have been successfully updated.

Once you establish that MailUp is an authorized sender for your domain, you will need to add the service in your Enabled Senders.
