Events log

This is a quick step-by-step guide on how to find the Events Log feature and what information to expect

Updated over a week ago

The Events Log Report is a powerful new feature available for Premium and Enterprise Enforce packages. Owner-type users can audit the actions within the application, including service status changes, domain management activities, user additions/deletions, and more.

Access the Events Log by following these steps:

1. Log in to Enforce and click on REPORTS.

Reports

2. Click on Events Log at the bottom of the REPORTS section.

3. In the Events Log, you will see the recent configuration changes made to your domains. The Events log provides a history of actions taken within the Enforce application. You can use this feature for auditing and debugging issues. The data displayed is for the past 35 days.

As seen in the picture, the Events log shows data such as the change made, the type of configuration change made, the user who made it, the domain it was made on and the exact time this change was recorded. You may also Download this log using the "Download CSV" button seen at the top right corner of the table.

The user "Valimail Support" will appear in the report when the change or update was performed by an employee of Valimail.
