Valimail Align: How to update your payment information

We're excited to introduce new features to help you take control of your Align subscription! You can now easily manage your payment method, update your billing address, and even cancel your subscription directly through your account. In this article, we'll guide you through each of these processes, ensuring you have all the information you need to manage your subscription effortlessly.

Access the Manage Subscription Page

To open the manage subscription page, follow these steps:

  1. Go to app.valimail.com and log into your Valimail Align account.

  2. Click on the Account Settings icon on the top right corner of the page.

  3. Click on the Manage Subscription link.

  4. To request a secure login from Stripe, type the Account Owner's email address and click Send.

  5. Go to your Inbox, open the email you received from Valimail, and click on the link to log in to your customer portal.

Edit an existing payment method

  1. Under the Current Plan section, click on the pencil button next to the default payment method.

  2. Complete the form with the updated payment method, then click Update at the bottom of the page.

Add another payment method

  1. Under the Payment Methods section, click on Add payment method.

  2. Complete the form with the Card number, Expiration date, Security code, Country and the Zip code.

  3. Click Update on the bottom of the page.

Delete a payment method or make another one default

  1. Go to the Payment Methods section.

  2. Click on the button with the 3 dots next to the payment method that you want to delete or make default.

  3. Select Make Default or Delete depending on which action you want to complete.

Update billing address

  1. Scroll down to the Billing and Shipping Information section.

  2. Click on Update information.

  3. Complete the form with the Billing information.

  4. Click Save at the bottom of the page.

Download an invoice

  1. Go to the Invoice History section.

  2. Click on the invoice that you want to download.

  3. Click Download invoice or Download receipt.

Cancel your Align subscription

  1. Under the Current Plan section, click on Cancel plan.

  2. Click Cancel plan at the bottom of the page.

  3. OPTIONAL - Tell us why you want to cancel.

Renew a canceled subscription

If you have a canceled subscription, you can renew it by following these steps:

  1. Under the current plan section, click on Renew plan.

  2. On the next page, click on Renew plan.
