How to set up DMARC for Zoho Invoice in Valimail

This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for Zoho Invoice and how they are managed in Valimail. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.

Configuring DKIM authentication for your Zoho Invoice emails

1. Go to Settings -> Emails -> Sender Email Preferences.

2. Click Authenticate Now -> next to the domain that you want to authenticate.

3. Copy the SPF record from the pop-up that follows and add it to your domain's DNS settings.

4. Next, copy the Host Name and Value for the DKIM record and add it to the DNS settings of your domain name provider.

Important: If you manage SPF and DKIM in Valimail for your domain, you will need to add the TXT DKIM key on your domain's configuration page in Valimail Enforce. Also, you will need to add Zoho Invoice in your domain's Enabled Senders list in Valiamil Enforce.

5. Once you’ve added both the SPF and DKIM records, click Validate.

Configuring SPF authentication for your Zoho Invoice emails

Once you establish that Zoho Invoice is an authorized sender for your domain, you will need to add the service in your Enabled Senders.
