SPF(supported)
DKIM(recommended)
This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for SurveyMonkey Apply and how they are managed in Valimail. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.

Setting up a Custom Sender Name and Email Domain
Your team's Primary Admin should reach out to their CSM to set up a Custom Sender Name and Email Domain.
Here's a high-level breakdown of what to expect during setup.
Send us your chosen Custom Sender Name and Email Domain
We need these details:
Display name
Local name
Custom email domain. We recommend using a subdomain of your company’s domain.
(Optional) Reply-to email address
Update your DNS
Your CSM will send you DKIM/CNAME and MX/SPF records that your IT department needs to add to your DNS.
Circle back to your CSM once this is complete so your CSM can confirm everything looks good from our side.
