How to set up DMARC for ChargeOver in Valimail

Updated over a week ago
SPF(supported)
DKIM(recommended)

This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for ChargeOver and how they are managed in Valimail. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.

Configuring DKIM authentication for your ChargeOver emails

To setup DKIM for your ChargeOver emails, please contact the ChargeOver support team, here.

Once on their page, be sure to click on the Get started configuring DKIM for your email link, that will open up a request pop-up for DKIM authentication that you will submit to ChargeOver support.

They will then provide you with the necessary DKIM records for your domain.
