SPF(supported)
DKIM(recommended)
This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for Nexcess by Liquid Web and how they are managed in Valimail. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.
Configuring DKIM authentication for your Nexcess emails
Log in to your SiteWorx account.
If you do not know your password, click Forgot your password on the login page.
If you do not know the web address for your SiteWorx login page, either refer to your Welcome Email or contact our 24/7 support team for assistance.
From the SiteWorx main menu, click Administration > Mail Options > DKIM.
βClick Add next to the relevant domain name.
Select Yes or No to specify whether DKIM will be tested for your domain. Unverified email will not be treated any differently from verified email
β
βATTENTION: If setting up DKIM for an active domain, select No.
βClick Enable.
The DKIM Management page displays as it was enabled for your domain.
