This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for Q2 Software and how they are managed in Valimail. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.

To setup DKIM for your Q2 Software emails, please contact the Q2 Software support team at [email protected].

They will turn on DKIM for your domain and will prove you with the DKIM records.

Once you establish that Q2 Software is an authorized sender for your domain, you will need to add the service in your Enabled Senders.
