This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for Cornerstone OnDemand and how they are managed in Valimail. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.
Configuring DKIM authentication for your Cornerstone OnDemand emails
DKIM enablement will require a technical project and a Statement of Work (SOW) signed with your account manager and is not managed by Customer Support. Please reach out to your account manager.

If your DKIM is already setup and you would like to request a rotation of the certificate, please create a case with Customer Support and mention in the case that your DKIM is already setup.

βNote: The 'Selector' to be used can be chosen; however, the 'Key' will be generated by Cornerstone.

Once you establish that Cornerstone OnDemand is an authorized sender for your domain, you will need to add the service in your Enabled Senders.
