This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for HighQ and how they are managed in Valimail. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.

To setup DKIM for your HighQ emails, you must contact the HighQ support team at [email protected] and ask them to enable DKIM on their end for your domain and provide you with the DKIM key.

Once you establish that HighQ is an authorized sender for your domain, you will need to add the service in your Enabled Senders.
