SPF(supported)
DKIM(recommended)
This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for CartStack and how they are managed in Valimail. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.
Configuring DKIM authentication for your CartStack emails
To setup DKIM for your CarStack emails, you will need to have a CartStack Pro account.
If you are not currently on a Pro plan, you can reach out to [email protected] for information on how to upgrade.
CarStack Pro users can enable their Custom Domain feature. This will allow your emails to look like they come directly from your domain rather than m1.cartstack.com. This set-up will require you to update the site's DKIM records.
