How to set up DMARC for UKG Pro in Valimail

Updated over a week ago
SPF(supported)
DKIM(recommended)

This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for UKG Pro and how they are managed in Valimail. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.

Configuring DKIM authentication for your UKG Pro emails

The ability to configure DKIM signature is available in the application. Customers should first generate their own DKIM key pair (private and public keys). The customer should then add a DKIM selector record on their DNS host with the public key as the value. Lastly, the Mail Signature with the private key should be added to the company. Once complete, the DKIM signature will be added to all sent emails.

For any issues/additional questions regarding the implementation of DKIM in UKG Pro for your domain, you can contact UKG support.
