How to set up DMARC for MemberClicks in Valimail

Updated over a week ago
SPF(supported)
DKIM(recommended)

This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for MemberClicks and how they are managed in Valimail. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.

Configuring DKIM authentication for your MemberClicks emails

1. Contact our Support team and provide the domain you want to authenticate (e.g. me@mydomain.com).

2. We will generate 3 CNAME records you will need to add to your DNS Host, and send the details for those 3 records back to you in an email.

3. Once you have added the DNS records, please let us know and we will verify and your domain will be authenticated.

Once you establish that MemberClicks is an authorized sender for your domain, you will need to add the service in your Enabled Senders.

Note: We encourage you to use the comment section for any useful information about your sending service, such as the name of the service owner, change request ticket numbers, etc.
