This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for Alarm.com and how they are managed in Valimail. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.

To setup DKIM for your Alarm.com emails, please contact the Alarm.com support team, They will help you set up DKIM for your domain Alarm.com and provide you with a DKIM TXT key.

Once you establish that Alarm.com is an authorized sender for your domain, you will need to add the service in your Enabled Senders.
