This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for One.com and how they are managed in Valimail. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.
Configuring DKIM authentication for your One.com emails
If you're not using one.com's name servers but are using our mail servers, you can still add DKIM to your domain. You need to add 4 specific CNAME records. Please contact their support to get the exact values you need for your domain.

Configuring SPF authentication for your One.com emails
Once you establish that One.com is an authorized sender for your domain, you will need to add the service in your Enabled Senders.
