SPF(supported)
DKIM(recommended)
This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for EveryCloud and how they are managed in Valimail. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.
Configuring DKIM authentication for your EveryCloud emails
First , make sure you enter in your DNS, the following CNAME DKIM key:
Hostname: hse._domainkey.yourdomainname.com
Pointing to: hse._domainkey.everycloudtech.com
NOTE: If you manage you domain in Valimail, you will need to add the CNAME DKIM key on your domain's configuration page in the Valimail platform.
To finish setup DKIM for your EveryCloud emails, please reach out in an email to [email protected] with the subject "Enable DKIM". Make sure to mention the following:
A list of domains for which you wish to enable DKIM
Mention that you need the DKIM key for email just for validation (for incoming emails only), or just for signing (for outbound emails).
Confirmation that you added the above DKIM key in your DKIM management zone.

Once you establish that EveryCloud is an authorized sender for your domain, you will need to add the service in your Enabled Senders.
