How to set up DMARC for Granicus in Valimail

Updated over a week ago
SPF(supported) (dedicated subdomain)
DKIM(recommended)

This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for Granicus and how they are managed in Valimail. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.

Configuring DKIM authentication for your Granicus emails

Reach out to the Granicus support team ([email protected]) in order to request a DKIM key. Their engineers will generate the key and selector and send it back to you. Have the same person that updated your DNS records install the provided key. Then, write back to Granicus support to let them know that the work is complete.
