SPF(supported)
DKIM(recommended)
This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for Listrak and how they are managed in Valimail. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.
Configuring DKIM authentication for your Listrak emails
To enable DKIM for your outbound messages, contact Listrak Support at [email protected]. Please be prepared with the following information:
What is the from domain that you will be using to send mail?
Listrak will then provide you with a TXT DKIM key which you will need to add on your domain's Configuration page in Valimail Enforce
You can also find the instructions on how to set up DKIM and SPF for Listrak, here.
