Valimail Enforce: Account Overview

Updated today

The Account Overview page in Valimail Enforce is your at-a-glance command center. It summarizes how much mail your domain is sending, where it’s coming from, how mailbox providers are treating it, and whether DMARC authentication is working as expected — all for the selected time range (default: Last 30 Days).

This page is designed for quick health checks, executive reporting, and identifying where to drill in next.

At the top of the page, you’ll see:

  • Total emails sent since activation: The cumulative volume of email Valimail has processed for this customer.

  • Date range selector: Adjust the reporting window (e.g., Last 7 Days, Last 30, Last 60, or Last 90 Days). All widgets on the page update accordingly.

Source of Emails

world map

This section answers the question: Where is your mail coming from?

World Map

  • Visualizes the geographic origin of email traffic based on sending IP location.

  • Darker shading indicates higher volume.

  • The blue map displays the source of all the authenticated emails.

Suspicious Mail by Country

On the right, a ranked list shows:

  • Countries associated with suspicious mail activity.

  • Message counts per country.

This is especially useful for spotting anomalous traffic that may warrant investigation.

Is Your Mail Being Delivered?

is your mail being delivered

This widget shows the final mailbox disposition of your email, what inbox providers actually did with it.

Categories

  • Allowed Through – With Enforcement
Mail that passed DMARC while a policy was enforced (quarantine or reject).

  • Allowed Through – No Enforcement
Mail delivered when no DMARC policy was enforced (p=none).

  • Allowed Through – Policy Override
Mail explicitly allowed due to a policy override or local filters.

  • Quarantined
Mail accepted but sent to Spam or Junk folders by receivers.

  • Rejected
Mail rejected outright by mailbox providers due to DMARC failure.

Each category shows both message count and percentage, making it easy to confirm that the vast majority of your mail is being delivered successfully.

Top Senders

top senders

This section highlights the top 5 services sending email on your behalf. For each sender, you’ll see:

  • Sender name (e.g., Amazon SES, Google Workspace, Marketo).

  • Email volume.

  • DMARC status (Passing or Failing DMARC).

This helps you quickly confirm which platforms are correctly authenticated and which may need configuration fixes.

Top Sending Domains

top sending domains

Displays the top 3 domains responsible for the highest email volume.

For each domain, you'll see:

  • Domain name

  • Number of emails sent

  • DMARC status

Failing domains are clearly flagged, making it easy to spot third-party misconfigurations or abuse.

DMARC Authentication Failure Rate

This chart shows authentication performance over time.

Metrics

  • DMARC Failure Rate – Percentage of messages failing DMARC overall.

  • DKIM Failure Rate – Percentage failing DKIM authentication.

  • SPF Failure Rate – Percentage failing SPF authentication.

Trend Line

  • Displays performance across the selected time range.

  • Sudden spikes often indicate new senders, DNS changes, or configuration errors.

This view is ideal for tracking progress during DMARC rollout and ongoing enforcement.
