This article covers the DKIM authentication process for Cvent and how this is managed in Valimail Enforce. Cvent does not currently support SPF-aligned authentication, but DKIM authentication should be enough for most use case scenarios.

Configuring DKIM authentication for your Cvent emails


1. Open a support ticket with Cvent and ask them to provide DKIM signing keys for your domain.


2. Once you obtain the keys, add them to your domain's configuration in the Valimail Enforce app.


3. Confirm with Cvent support that DKIM signing is enabled for your domain.

Add a Cvent DKIM key in Enforce


1. Go to your domain's Configuration page in Valimail Enforce and publish the newly created DKIM keys.


    a. Scroll down and add the two DKIM keys in your configuration, by clicking on Add a DKIM key

    b. Enter the selector name, CNAME target value, associate the keys with Cvent, and then click Add.
